Hyatt Regency Rochester's banquet and catering team understands the needs of its guests. Well appointed ballrooms, meeting rooms, and boardrooms are available for a variety of seminars, receptions, and for business & social functions.

· A total of 13,640 square feet of function space, 4,000 square feet of prefunction space, and 12,280 square feet of exhibit space
· Grand Ballroom can be divided into 7 sections
· Regency Ballroom can be divided into 3 sections
· 10 conference suites with living room, dining room, and wet bar
· 6 additional meeting rooms, all located on the second floor
· Hyatt Meeting Dividends® offers valuable Gold Passport® points for booking meetings, guestrooms, and catered events
· Teleconferencing capabilities
